Finland

Before we reached Finland, we drove for a really long time.
Because we had to wait for the ferry, we spend some hours in Stockholm which is quite beautiful:

This is a wonderful cafe. "Some" guests wrote with a white pen on the wall. There were so many languages: English, Swedish, German, Chinese.....

Finally we were on the ferry and had a beautiful  view over large and small islands....

 .....and the sun was amazing.

It was the first time I slept "on the water".

One day, now in Finland, we visited Olavinlinna Castle which was built on an island.

This is the largest wooden church in the world! About 3000 people can take a seat in it.

This is the lake near to the house we stayed over the two weeks:

But finally we drove back....

.... but we spent a little time in Helsinki.

I think the Helsinki Chathedral is one of the most beautiful buildings in Helsinki.
Maybe I think so because after I climbed the stairs, the Cathedral was shining so wonderful bright and white and it looked so overhelming.

Look at the golden stars.

The qualtity of this foto isn't very good, but the day I made it, I saw three rainbows.

Finland is pretty beautiful, especially the feeling you get when you are driving along the road and there is absolutly nothing but birches, pines and lakes ( but nothing compares to Ireland).

So far that's everything but when my cousins is back I 'll show you the fotos of the day when we walked through a quite nice forest( Unfortunately my camera's battery was empty on this day).

Have a joyful week <3

Back again and so excited

Finally I am home again but it is weird because I feel like time has stopped for two weeks because suddenly  I am back.  Maybe the Pevensie siblings felt like this when they came back from Narnia. But it's a pity I didn't visit Narnia. I went to Finnland and this is quite wonderful too.
You will read more about this in another post.

Today I have to tell you that I was so excited as I found out that I am nominated for the "Liebster Award" by Romantic Heroine. First of all I just want to thank you!

This is an award for bloggers with less than 200 followers. I think it's a really wonderful award.
If you are choosen you tell 11 things about yourself, answer 11 questions, nominate 11 people and ask them 11 new questions.

So here we go.

11 things about myself
1. I have a two year old brother.
2. I love my cats.
3. When I am alone I often think in big monologues.
4. Making decisions is very hard for me, even when it's about my favourite color.
5. My zodiac is taurus.
6. I like to draw.
7. I am a big fan of tea ( especially "Yogi Tea", the one with the wise words)
8. The house I live in once was a little farm and I love my home.
9. I love being in a forest or near to plants.
10. Even if I love reading books, I think that there are so many wonderful books I haven't read yet.
11.I love watching people (and maybe people I don't know about very much)  and try to look behind the surface because I love it when people aren't too superficial when you talk to  them .... I hope you know what I mean.

11 questions who want to be answered

1.How would you describe your personlity? Are you an extrovert or introvert?- Maybe I am both but a little more introvert.I don't have problems with making a presentations in front of my class and some say I am a positive person but I prefer to stay away from too much people and I don't talk much about my feelings.

2.How do you deal with failures?- First I try to stop overthinking. Writing them down or talking with myself helps sometimes. It also helps when I say to myself that making mistakes is human and I can learn from them.

3.What are you currently listening to?- Right now I listen to the little playlist on my blog and next to me my cat is purring.. I was also listening to Mumford and Sons, Lana del Rey and some soundtracks the last days.

                                     4. Which countries did you visit so far?-Ireland , Finnland and Spain(  more precise Mallorca).

                                     5. Do you believe in destiny?-   Because everyone is different and I think that everyone lives on earth because of some purpose we might don't know yet I believe that there must be a special way for everyone. But I also believe that it isn't a complete inflexible thing.

6.What's your favorite qoutation?- "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye" by Antoine de Saint- Exupery ( but the whole world is full of beautiful qoutes especially "The Alchimist" is full of wise words, but right at this moment this qoute is my favourite).

7.What was the biggest adventure in your life?-  So far nothing I can call a real adventure happened to me, but let's see what the time will bring....

8.If you could learn a foreign language, which would it be?-   Maybe I'd
choose French.

9.What's your favorite movie?-  That's a hard decsion! I love movies like "Pride and Predjudice" and "Bright Star" , but I am also in love with the wonderful artwoks of Hayao Miyazaki like " Spirited away" and I enjoy movies like " Sherlock Holmes" and " Lord of the Rings" or " Narnia".... there are too many good movies

10.Do you love the warmer seasons or the colder ones, and why?- Without the warm seasons, the colder ones would be sad. I adore the astonishing life in spring and summer. But autumn is so beautiful and winter is mostly like a magic dream. So I would choose May,June, October and December. They are, exept of December, not this extrem.

11.When you could do whatever you like, what would it be?- I would learn new  instruments like the piano or violin and learn how to sail and how fly a sailplane and learn how to sail and   travel the world. These are the first things that came to my mind but if I thought a little longer there might be much more and more important things....

11 questions for the new nominees

                                  1. Do you have a passion or a dream?
                                  2.What's your favorite place?And why?

4.What music do you listen to?

Summer

July passed by too quickly. I just realised that we have vacation now and suddenly it's August. This fears me a bit but well, time shouldn't be an enemy. I was a little overthinking about everything the last weeks and I really had a need to post something about it but it was just too hard and now I think I am able to relax my mind again.
But there's another thing I'd like to share with you. Since it was raining for maybe two weeks, the last week surprised us with quite hot weather. Even if I am not a big fan of an exhausting hot summer, I love the smell of the fields and the forests and the beauty the waving  cornfields. So I went out and discovered summer.

This is a part of the meadow next to our garden. It's one of the first things I see when I look out of my window in the morning.

Wether you have to work or not I wish you some beautiful weeks of summer!

P.S.: The next two weeks I am off for holiday. I am sure this time the fotos will stay on my memory card :)
